Yes, just laugh, I mean fake laugh, but it will help your stress and anxiety.
The laughter relaxes your whole body.
When you are anxious or suffering from depression, you probably don't feel like laughing, but you can still do it intentionally.
In a good space:
Funny & Happy feeling => Laughter
In a not so good space:
Laughter => Funny & Happy feeling
